Justin supports pharma and biotech clients with Market Access strategy and execution. This includes strategy development, payer insight & engagement, BD and project management support to produce local MA deliverables. He has led hundreds of Pricing & Reimbursement projects, overseen development of Pricing & Reimbursement dossiers, led engagements with HTA bodies and conducted price negotiations on behalf of pharma and biotech clients.

Prior to founding Justin Stindt Consulting, he has developed successful Market Access Strategies in several Market Access Director Roles at GlaxoSmithKline. He has led a cross-functional team to identify phase IIIb/IV trials to substantiate the Payer Value Proposition for a novel respiratory drug which resulted in several additional trials to strengthen the evidence package and improve Market Access and Pricing potential.

He has also launched a new urology drug for which he developed the payer value proposition, pricing & reimbursement strategy, launch sequence and payer engagement plan. This contributed to the drug gaining market access in many challenging situations.
Justin has also developed commercial strategies for early-stage assets including aspirational product concept development, forecasting of market potential and indication prioritization. As Sales and Marketing Director Vaccines GSK France he has managed sales force and marketing teams and contributed to significant sales growth of the vaccine business.

He has led consulting projects with focus pricing and reimbursement for several of the top 20 global pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies at Simon-Kucher & Partners.

Justin has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL) and an undergraduate degree in Business administration from the university of Cologne. He worked with global responsibility in many geographic locations (EU & USA). He speaks English, French, German and Spanish.

With a focus on orphan drugs, Javier is experienced in advising pharmaceutical and medtech clients on market access and pricing strategies. Javier is both leading global projects and activities focused on the Spanish market such as the development of Spanish Pricing & Reimbursement strategies and dossiers. Javier has prior consulting experience at Accenture and Werfen. He studied at Kellogg School of Management in the US, did an MBA at IESE in Spain, and is proficient in Spanish and English.

Anne is a health insurance specialist with a background in digital marketing and health and medical insurance purchasing at AXA where she held roles both on corporate level in the headquarter in Paris and on affiliate level in Germany. At Justin Stindt Consultants, she leads global research projects and develops Pricing & Reimbursement strategies. She is fluent in French, English, German and Portuguese and holds a Master’s degree from ESCP-EAP Business School.

Nicolas is specialized in international commercial strategy and has experience in several Marketing & Sales roles in the industry. He is spearheading global commercial expansion as the Director of Business Development at Justin Stindt Consulting. Educated at EDHEC Business School, he brings a global business background and particular flair identifying growth opportunities. Nicolas’ role at JSC is pivotal in fostering relationships with pharma, biotech and Medtech companies worldwide and supporting them with commercial & sales strategy.

Her projects include pricing and reimbursement analysis, research in medical information and Pricing & Reimbursement databases, and expert interviews with payers and clinical experts. Eva is fluent in English, French, and Croatian and has a Master in Management and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Camille focuses on pricing and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical and biotech firms. Her recent projects focused e.g. on early access programs, EU-5 rebate structures and taxation systems. She also contributed to G-BA scientific advice meetings, analyzed real-world evidence interviews, and aided in lifecycle strategy development. Camille, fluent in French, Dutch, German, English and Spanish, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Joaquim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-RIO and a Master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School. He is a Swiss and Brazilian citizen and speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
