Il prezzo pu\u00f2 essere fissato liberamente dal produttore, ma l\u2019acquisto deve essere negoziato con ospedali\/gruppi di acquisto che possono mostrare un\u2019elevata sensibilit\u00e0 al prezzo dato il sistema DRG e la cronica carenza di risorse. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Liste en sus \/ Rimborso in aggiunta ai DRG<\/strong>: per i farmaci innovativi che sono troppo costosi per essere coperti dai DRG esistenti, l\u2019iscrizione nella liste en sus fornir\u00e0 finanziamenti aggiuntivi agli ospedali e consentir\u00e0 loro di trasferire i costi direttamente alla previdenza sociale. I criteri di ammissibilit\u00e0 includono la dimostrazione di un certo livello di valore aggiunto (ASMR) o il fatto di avere un comparatore gi\u00e0 presente nell\u2019elenco. Il CEPS tiene conto del rating ASMR (da I a V dove V \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 basso). I farmaci che ricevono un ASMR compreso tra I e III beneficeranno di un prezzo pi\u00f9 elevato rispetto ai comparatori francesi, mentre rating inferiori come ASMR IV e V non avranno diritto a un prezzo elevato e in molti casi saranno tenuti a concedere sconti. L\u2019accordo quadro tra il CEPS e l\u2019associazione industriale LEEM (accord cadre) comprende anche una serie di disposizioni per i farmaci orfani.   \n<h2>Procedure di rimborso dei dispositivi medici nel sistema sanitario francese<\/h2>\nEsistono diverse procedure di rimborso per i dispositivi medici e dipendono dalle condizioni di utilizzo del dispositivo. In ambito ambulatoriale, i dispositivi medici (MD) da utilizzare a domicilio del paziente possono essere rimborsati attraverso la loro inclusione nella LPPR previa approvazione da parte del CNEDiMTS. Se utilizzati durante una procedura professionale, i dipositivi medici utilizzati al di fuori di qualsiasi contesto di ricovero non sono soggetti a tariffazione individualizzata. La procedura \u00e8 inclusa nella classificazione congiunta delle procedure mediche (CCAM). I dispositivi medici utilizzati nelle organizzazioni sanitarie vengono rimborsati principalmente attraverso i gruppi di diagnosi (DRG). I test di laboratorio sono generalmente inclusi nel TNB.     \n<h2>E-health in Francia: approfondimenti sul rimborso delle soluzioni sanitarie digitali<\/h2>\nIn Francia, nel 2023 \u00e8 stata creata una nuova procedura accelerata PECAN (Prise en Charge Anticip\u00e9e) per il rimborso di un anno delle soluzioni sanitarie digitali. Decreto n. 2023-232 del 30 marzo 2023, introduce la possibilit\u00e0 di rimborso precoce per due categorie di dispositivi medici digitali (DMN): \n<ul>\n \t<li>DMN a scopo terapeutico, destinati in ultima analisi all\u2019inclusione nell\u2019Elenco delle Prestazioni e dei Prodotti rimborsabili (LPPR);<\/li>\n \t<li>DMN di monitoraggio medico a distanza, destinati alla registrazione nell\u2019Elenco delle Attivit\u00e0 di Monitoraggio Medico a Distanza (LATM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIl rimborso precoce si applica ai DMN presunti innovativi. Possono essere rimborsati in deroga per un periodo di un anno non rinnovabile, in attesa del rimborso legale tramite LPPR o LATM, a seconda del tipo di MND interessato. Le soluzioni idonee richiedono la marcatura CE, la certificazione tecnica, la valutazione clinica e i dati sui benefici sanitari. L\u2019approvazione da parte del CNEDiMTS e dell\u2019Agenzia Nazionale per la Salute Digitale porta al rimborso. Dati insufficienti potrebbero richiedere una nuova domanda.
