Para los medicamentos hospitalarios en Alemania existen dos v\u00edas principales: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tratamiento ambulatorio<\/strong>: cuando un paciente sale del hospital el mismo d\u00eda de su ingreso, los medicamentos que utiliza, se cargan directamente a la caja de seguro de enfermedad y los hospitales no tienen que cubrirlos con su presupuesto. Esto significa menos barreras para el uso de medicamentos innovadores de alto costo en el \u00e1mbito ambulatorio. Para tener \u00e9xito, es importante elegir la estrategia adecuada para entrar en el mercado alem\u00e1n de dispositivos m\u00e9dicos. Existen diferencias significativas seg\u00fan el \u00e1mbito asistencial y la indicaci\u00f3n:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos utilizados en el \u00e1mbito hospitalario se aplica el principio de \u00abpermiso con derecho de veto\u00bb, es decir, aqu\u00ed se pueden utilizar nuevos m\u00e9todos de diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento, siempre que no hayan sido excluidos por la G-BA de acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 137 del c\u00f3digo social alem\u00e1n (Sozialgesetzbuch \u2013 SGB). Los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos utilizados en el \u00e1mbito hospitalario normalmente deben estar cubiertos a trav\u00e9s de los GRDs, pero existen v\u00edas especiales para financiar dispositivos m\u00e1s caros, como los \u00abZusatzentgelte\u00bb (fondos adicionales) para que los hospitales obtengan financiaci\u00f3n adicional, o el \u00abNeue Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsmethoden (NUB)\u00bb (nuevos m\u00e9todos), que es una fuente de financiaci\u00f3n para nuevas herramientas y dispositivos de diagn\u00f3stico. <\/li>\n<li>Para los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos en el sector ambulatorio se aplica el principio opuesto, es decir, el reembolso de los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos en el sector ambulatorio a expensas del sistema de seguro de salud obligatorio est\u00e1 sujeto a la denominada disposici\u00f3n de permiso, lo que significa que no pueden usarse en el a expensas del sistema de seguro de salud obligatorio, a menos que exista una decisi\u00f3n positiva del G-BA. El marcado CE para productos sanitarios, esencial para la entrada en el mercado, no implica ning\u00fan reembolso por parte del seguro de salud obligatorio (SSO, o SHI por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), pero es un requisito previo obligatorio. Para tipos espec\u00edficos de dispositivos existen v\u00edas particulares, por ejemplo:\n<ul>\n<li>Dispositivos m\u00e9dicos de bajo valor material: los llamados suministros de consulta<\/li>\n<li>Los productos sanitarios reembolsables como dispositivos de ayuda est\u00e1n sujetos a un control de calidad adicional mediante su inclusi\u00f3n en la lista de dispositivos de ayuda y est\u00e1n sujetos a diferentes normas contractuales de reembolso basadas en el precio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>EL IMPACTO DE LA LEY DE ATENCI\u00d3N M\u00c9DICA DIGITAL (DIGITAL-VERSORGUNG-GESETZ, DVG) EN ALEMANIA<\/h2>\n<p>Para la eSalud, es crucial evaluar la clasificaci\u00f3n y las v\u00edas de P&amp;R.
